3. Booking, Cancellation, & Refund Policy
- ● Tourists can book rides via the Tourist App or Website and receive a QR code via email.
- ● Users can log in to the Tourist App with the same credentials to view or modify bookings.
- ● Cancellation Policy: Tourists must cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled ride for a full refund.
- ● Vehicle Selection & Refunds:
- ○ Tourists can request a vehicle change if dissatisfied with the assigned one.
- ○ If no similar vehicle is available, a higher category vehicle will be offered at no extra cost.
- ○ If no suitable vehicle is found, a partial refund will be issued.
- ● Private Ride Pickup: Available from home.
- ● Group Ride Pickup: Available only from company-designated locations.
- ● The company is not responsible for any misplaced personal items during the ride.
4. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share information in the following cases:
4.1 With Drivers & Representatives

- ● QR Code Scanning is required to start and verify rides.

5. Broadcast Messaging & Ride Management
5.1 Driver Notifications
- ● When a tourist books a ride, a broadcast message is sent to all online drivers.
- ● A driver accepts the ride, and the system assigns the pickup.
5.2 Driver Cancellations & Backup
- ● Drivers must notify cancellations at least 2 hours in advance.
- ● If unavailable, they can send a broadcast request to other drivers.
- ● If no driver accepts, the request escalates to ATV and Buggy Support.
5.3 Accidents & Liabilities
- ● Drivers are fully responsible for accidents during the ride.
- ● The company is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the driver.
6. User Rights & Account Management
Tourists have the following rights:
- ● Access & Update Information – Modify profile and contact details.
- ● Account Deactivation – Users can deactivate accounts anytime.
- ● Company Deactivation – The company may deactivate accounts if suspicious activity is detected.
- ● Data Deletion Requests – Users can request data removal as per UAE law.
- ● Marketing Opt-Out – Users can unsubscribe from promotional emails.
7. Compliance with UAE Laws
We comply with:
